Toby Conquest, the founder of The Furnace Guy, has worked in the HVAC industry since high school. He went on to learn residential and commercial installation and repair. He received his mechanic’s license and became NATE (North American Technical Excellence) certified to work in the HVAC field servicing furnaces, water heaters, boilers and air-conditioning units residential and commercial. He is a member of ACCA (Air-conditioning Contractors of America) Toby is very methodical about how he raises up employees in his company to make sure they share the same values and attention to detail. Toby loves figuring out the “problem” units and is the man to call for all of your HVAC problems. In his “Free” time Toby loves grilling, woodworking and playing with any of his 5 kids or his adorable granddaughter. Sarah Conquest is the CFO and the glue behind The Furnace Guy Team. Sarah takes pride in the meticulous details of the day to day work and behind the scenes of the office. A solid alliance with Toby by her side, Sarah keeps the administrative and management work on track. Sarah effectively balances both The Furnace Guy business and home, while also managing her home-based business with essential oils and being able to home-school their youngest three, of five children. Adding to her busy schedule, with business, home and children, there is tending to the dogs, cats, chickens, cows and even a miniature horse. Sarah is so dedicated to her family, from cheering her son while attending his sporting events, or giving cuddles to their newest family addition, grand-daughter Willow. Adrian is a family-oriented guy who enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 kids and extended family. He is also a classic car and motorcycle enthusiast who attended automotive tech school. He always knew he wanted to be in an industry that allowed him to work with his hands. Starting in the HVAC world in 2004 allowed him to do just that. With no experience in the industry he knew he would have to work hard to prove himself. That dedication and determination got him to where he is today as The Furnace Guy Operations Manager. Renee is The Furnace Guy Office Manager. She brings with her over 20 years experience in management. Some of her qualifications include Assistant Bank Branch Manager, Lending Officer, Support Staff Manager of a large Corporate Accounting Firm, where she maintained successful processing of accounting needs for over 30,000 clients while managing a staff of 19. Renee has managed several dental practices in Texas, Florida, and here in Colorado Springs. Her skills include management, accounting, sales, financials, expert in Microsoft Office and customer service, with Certifications in management, HIPAA compliance officer, and Sales Plus training. Renee is a mother of 2, and grandmother to 7. When she isn’t working, you can usually find her cooking, gardening or doing a DIY project with one or more of her grandchildren by her side. Steve is The Furnace Guy’s New Construction Manager. He brings wisdom and experience to every New Construction job. Steve started working at his uncle’s heating company back in 1995, in Belton Texas. While not a Colorado native, he has been here for over 20 years, where he has continued his journey in the HVAC industry. When he has free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. Mike is one of The Furnace Guy’s Expert Service Technicians. When you call for service, he may be the one scheduled to work on your HVAC system. Mike comes to us with over 20 years HVAC experience. He has the willingness to show the guys what can only be known after being in the field for years. Mike was one of the first service technicians when The Furnace Guy opened our doors. We are grateful to have him back after a brief hiatus where he worked on a few government contracts. During his down time, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family and being a Papa.
Thomas is one of The Furnace Guy’s Expert Service Technicians. When you call for service, he may be the one scheduled to work on your HVAC system. Thomas started in the industry over 6 years ago. He enjoys the everyday challenge of troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues and treats every customer like family. When he is not out servicing equipment, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. His is also an avid football fan and can always be found cheering on the Chiefs during football season.
Sean is one of The Furnace Guy’s Expert Service Technicians. When you call for service, he may be the one scheduled to work on your HVAC system. Sean is a native of Colorado, so he knows his way around the Springs. After serving in the military, Sean worked as an apartment maintenance tech. After some time passed, Sean found that he enjoyed the HVAC maintenance and repair the most. He decided to further his understanding in the HVAC industry and make this his career. Sean brings to the team over 5 years of HVAC knowledge and experience. Sean likes to think of himself as a detective in the HVAC industry, when it comes to figuring out a problem. Many say, “He is one of the friendliest guys you will meet” and we tend to agree! In his free time, Sean loves spending time with his young son. Sean also loves anything about sports.
Shasta is the friendly voice you hear when you call The Furnace Guy. She is our Front Desk Extraordinaire, scheduling all the work for our Service Department. Shasta does a lot of behind the scenes work to make sure everything runs smoothly, to include pulling all permits for Existing Homes and New Construction. She has over 19 years of experience in plumbing, sewer, HVAC and dispatching. When she is not working, Shasta loves spending time with her spouse, 3 kids and racing stock cars. Terri is The Furnace Guy’s Customer Service Administrative and Data Entry Specialist. She brings her wealth of knowledge in Quickbooks and Accounting to the office. Terri has 12 years of experience in property management, including working the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Terri obtained a B.A. in Sociology from UCCS. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening and raising chickens. You can reach Terri at
