This company is very good at their jobs, and most importantly they have integrity. We had a situation with our AC recently. The Furnace Guy Heating and cooling came out to check it out, and did some preventative maintenance. A few weeks later we had... what we thought was a minor problem and gave them a call . They returned and after they checked it all out they got us fixed up. After their diagnosis and repair, which took a while, they told us part of this issue was something they thought they should've caught on their first visit. After the service tech got on the phone with the office and owner, we were told they would not charge us for the extra service or the supplies. Because of my job, I've dealt with, I think, more than my share of heating and Ac companies, and frankly it's VERY RARE to find a company where the owner of a company goes above and beyond and keeps a highly trained tech on a job finding what turned out to be a tough diagnosis and then a fix for a problem like ours. Everyone I met or was on the phone with was very professional, very skilled, and customer focused. I'm adding to review I did last year regarding a service I had completed today. During record high temps, my AC went out yesterday and they were able to schedule a service for today. David arrived as schedule and had the problem diagnosed and solved ... within 30 minutes. He was cordial and professional in knowledge, appearance and conduct. Well done! (FROM LAST YEAR) I have an older home with bathroom fans venting into the attic. I contacted The Furnace Guy and received a prompt reply with a fair and informative quote. The work was just completed and I'm incredibly pleased with everyone I worked with during the time. The ladies in the office always answered with a cheerful greeting and immediately took care of my requests. Adrian worked with me agreeably and without conflict as some changes were made from the original bid. On July 11th they came out expecting to replace the compressor that another company said was not working. Before replacing it they checked the system and found it was only a fix breaker that was thrown. If it had been the compressor their charge to r... eplace it would have been much less than the other company. I have never had a company be more thorough and fair. What an amazing experience. We didn't "have" to replace our water heater but after realizing it was 19 years old, thought it prudent. The Furnace Guy sent Jean Luc for an estimate same day, educated us about our options, and scheduled the install for... the following day to accommodate my schedule. Josh and Mike were professional, took great care of my carpet and home and communicated throughout the install. Before leaving, Mike educated us on what to be mindful of with the new water heater and reviewed the changes made vs. our old system. Read more
