I can’t say enough great things about The Furnace Guy! I called them in a panic about 3pm, because I had just talked to my grandma and she told me she had no heat for two days. She has Alzheimer’s, so she didn’t say anything yesterday. She was freezing today. I told them I was desperate to have someone go over and fix it. I’m out of state, but I wanted her to at least have heat. I told them all of what was going on, and they said they could go after her appointment today after hours. I got a call from Bryon, and he told me he had already been to the house and fixed the problem! My Grandma got home, said her house was warm. When I called her, she said her body didn’t hurt from the cold. She kept saying thank you. That is EXCELLENT customer service! I can’t recommend The Furnace Guy enough.
