This company is amazing because not only are they authorized Bryant dealers, but they offer 25 mos no interest WITHOUT jacking up the price for using it. I spoke to several other reputable companies with high review ratings whose quotes were abhorren... t . The biggest offender was falling Star. The furnace guy made it so I could replace both my a/c and furnace at the same time. Systems here are intermingled and share an internal blower and intake system. So it never makes since to attach a new a/c to a 15-20 yr old furnace. It undermines your new a/c's efficiency. Plus cost you more money in the long run having a company come back later to replace your furnace. I appreciated that the sales appointment was with a technician, and he genuinely looked for the best value and system designed for my specific floor plan. He didn't tack on add ons or upgrades I didn't need like surge protector, service plans, smart thermostats with 200% markup etc. they're duct cleaning prices are higher than average, but there's a reason. It's highly worth it if you have any floor vents and or low sitting return registers. They use a revolving brush system with a camera, and they keep at it until it's clean. It took several hours and I have a small house, plus we didn't brush roll the room with ceiling vents because I had just sealed and painted. The dirtiest part of the system is always returns, trunk lines , and floor vent off shoots. The installation of my new system took almost 9 hrs because they are very thorough and precise. They also kindly did a couple things for me I requested like removing an old dead humidifier, caping it off; and caping off an offshoot that only went to one hall way vent right outside the door to the unit (they performed a static and airflow test to make sure I didn't need it) They price matched the a/c portion to a bid I got from a reputable company with lower over head, so that I could replace the furnace too. They still gave me a military discount. I have only one complaint. The installer didn't vacuum up all the mess around the new unit left from pulling out the old one and the clipping and connecting of new wiring. He was here a long time and did all the stuff I wanted that I can't do myself. So I don't begrudge having to do the clean up. I had high altitude out as well, but even though I liked them very much, and they didn't add extras, they were still several thousand more and had shorter no interest terms. I hope this review saves others time I wasted speaking with other “highly rated” companies that aren't competitive on pricing. Read more

We have had The Furnace Guy maintain our HVAC system for around 5 years now and we are very pleased with the service and the technicians that have come out. Recently our AC wasn't cooling and Ricky came out and was able to resolve the problem and get... us up and running cool again. We had a new furnace installed. Unfortunately the venting needed to be rerouted because of new codes, and it was tricky. The Furnace Guys worked tirelessly to get everything just right. We had our annual AC check and cleaning. On time for appointment, thorough inspection and a reasonable price. We've used The Furnace Guy for many years for boiler and AC work.
